The rooms are simply furnished and decorated, but feature all the practical amenities necessary for you to enjoy your stay, from hair dryers to flat screen TV’s. All rooms are smoke free. While the lovely indoor pool and whirlpool are the stars of the show, a solid supporting act is delivered by the fully equipped fitness center, where guests can continue with their workout routine uninterrupted. Business people have a business center available to them, while pet owners will be happy to learn that pets are welcome. A complimentary grab and go breakfast is available every morning. The Green Mill Restaurant and Bar is onsite and serves the other two meals. The University of Wisconsin’s Eau Claire campus is less than a mile from the hotel.

There were a good many noise complaints in the reviews. Guests mostly complained about other guests who were noisy, especially in the hallways, but some also said that the rooms were not well soundproofed and that they could hear even normal sounds from neighboring rooms.
