Villa Konalić offers 3-star waterfront apartment and guesthouse accommodation just across from the attractive Miho Pracat ACI Marina, next to the Rozat Donji protected natural reserve where the River Ombla meets the Adriatic Sea. Guests here can access the water via a private pier and the Dubrovnik Old Town is less than 15 minutes’ drive away. Four apartments and four rooms are available, with rooms boasting sea views and private bathrooms. Studio apartments combine an open-plan living room and bedroom, along with a separate kitchen, air conditioning and TV. Three apartments have balconies with views. Airport, bus and ferry transfers are available, as well as laundry service, complimentary on-site parking and free Wi-Fi throughout all accommodation. Guests can relax in the on-site bar and enjoy its terrace, while a few restaurants and a supermarket can be reached on foot. Villa Konalić is under half an hour’s drive from Dubrovnik Airport.
Those who stayed said Villa Konalić was found in a peaceful spot overlooking a bay just out of the city, but it seems you can easily access the Old Town from the local bus stop just a short walk away, or reach it with an even shorter car trip. However, the area itself is said to offer plenty to explore, including the ACI Marina and some nice walks along the water.
The owner is said to be pleasant, friendly and ready to help with any guest requests, and on top of this, housekeeping is taken care of daily. Guests also mentioned that there is a dog who also lives on site, but thought him to be friendly.
Guests reported that the rooms and apartments here were spacious, clean and offered good value; with the fridges and air conditioning being very much appreciated. On top of this, some apartments apparently have terraces where you can enjoy lovely views of the bay.
Villa Konalić guests only mentioned a small number of minor issues; firstly, that it is found a short way out of Dubrovnik, so keep this in mind if you plan on spending most of your time in the old city and want to be within walking distance of this. There is also reportedly no elevator access for the less mobile, and you should apparently keep in mind that there are mosquitoes in the area and take some repellent.
