The Sepat Village House By The Beach is a family-run property offering homely accommodation with access to its own private beach. Guests can enjoy staying in a rural setting to the south of central Kuantan. There are five double rooms available which each include a private bathroom with free toiletries. The rooms are all simply decorated with wooden furniture and also feature a fan. Large communal areas are available inside and outside of the property complete with sofas, hammocks and balcony areas. The two-acre property also includes free on-site parking for guests. A shared kitchen is provided for guests to self-cater, plus there is also a BBQ area outside. Guests are also provided with a local breakfast each morning and there are restaurants available in the nearby village. The city centre of Kuantan is just over 20 kilometres north of the property.
