Guests like that the motel is centrally located with good access to the highway. The property is right outside Greeley Company and beside the University of Northern Colorado with plenty of shopping options close by.

Staff is very courteous, extremely friendly and helpful. Guests liked that there is always hot coffee present. Most guests say that they find the motel by far the best in the area offering them good value for money.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Guests say that the cable is great with a good connection and plenty of channels. Beds are very comfortable and they enjoyed a good night’s rest. The onsite laundry is clean with new machines, which functioned very efficiently.

Guests say that the area is quite eerie and they would not like to travel with their family. They say that there are too many people living in the motel and smokers everywhere. They also did not like that the hotel allowed cooking dinner on portable grills in front of rooms, which some guests did.

The shower set-up in the bathrooms is not good. Guests say that the shower is way too small and the faucet is set up in a way that the off switch is where the warm position should be. Consequently guests had to take either scorching hot or freezing cold showers.

The Wi-Fi does not work and guests say that they could not go online the entire time of their stay. No signs or placards are placed on glass sheets kept beside doors and guests say an accident occurred when a guest mistook the glass for an open door and walked through it.
