There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and it only takes 20 minutes to walk downtown.
positive:
Professional staff
Guests noted that the staff was quite accommodating, as early check-ins and guests under 21 were no issue, since the staff handled such instances with professionalism and efficiency.
positive:
Two-bedroom suites spacious
Guests who booked rooms with two beds were pleasantly surprised to find two actual rooms that shared one bathroom, as these offered plenty of space and some privacy since the doors could be closed. Some of those suites have also been renovated and feature a fully-equipped kitchen, which guests found to be quite beneficial.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Minimal breakfast
The continental breakfast consists of some cereal and coffee, which you are supposed to pick up from the front desk. Guests recommended skipping this meal altogether and grabbing a delicious breakfast from one of the many restaurants and bakeries within walking distance.
negative:
Some rooms not updated
Guests noticed that not every room had been updated, as they experienced worn carpets and furniture and walls in need of a paint job.
negative:
Lack of amenities
The rooms provide only basic amenities such as a bed, a table, a chair, a small dresser and closet, a TV, an iron and a coffee maker. Some guests noted that they would have preferred a more luxurious décor with more attention to detail and newer furniture. Guests also reported that the hotel no longer has a pool even though it still advertises that it does.
