Guesthouse Bel Duomo (Florence, Italy)

The guesthouse is located right at the heart of Florence and almost all establishments and attractions can be reached within walking distance including the famous Duomo. Guests are fascinated that this B&B is right beside Duomo, in fact, you can see the Duomo from the balcony. Moreover, it is just a few minutes' walk to the train station and there are plenty of restaurants around.

Guests were very impressed with the room and services offered here. Rooms were cosy while all amenities were clean and ready for use. Moreover, there was complete tea and coffee facilities and Wi-Fi was working perfectly.

Previous guests commended the owner for being very supportive and caring all throughout their stay. He can speak English very well so there was no problem in communicating. Furthermore, he would give tips and show places in the map that guests should visit.

One limitation of this property according to guests is the absence of lift. Guests had to climb the staircase with their heavy bags and suitcases to reach their rooms.

Guests expressed that due to its central location, there is substantial street noise most of the time. They can hear all the noises from the street and the loud gong of the church bell of Duomo. This is something to be noted especially by those light sleepers since this might cause sleep disturbance.

Car parking is not allowed anywhere nearby. This caused annoyance to many guests because they needed to unload their luggage and carry it from the parking area, which was several streets away, all the way to the guesthouse with hundreds of tourists to get through.
