The ground floor is an open plan sitting/dining room with a spacious fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, fireplace niche and a very large 80m2 veranda with a built-in stone BBQ.\r\nThe view is stunning and the Villa south-facing.\r\nThe first floor has three bedrooms with each with en-suite bathrooms.\r\nAll three bedrooms come out onto a wide balcony overlooking the veranda and the panoramic view.\r\nLastly, there is a small utility area located on the first floor, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa looks out over Achladies bay, only 3 kilometres from Skiathos town. The beach is a few minutes walk down the foot path. The breathtaking sea view from the veranda is perfect for breakfast or relaxing as the sun sets! There is a convenient bus stop right outside the house, with adequate parking spaces available for those with cars and just minutes away are two small super markets. In addition to car or motorbike rental, speed boats are also available for rent on a daily or weekly basis.
