    Remodelled from top to bottom in 2017, The Lookout is a luxury vacation rental located in Hatch on 3.5 acres of land, about 25 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park and 50 minutes to the East entrance of Zion. It overlooks large pastures with the Sevier River meandering throughout, where you can watch cattle roam in the summer, as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the back of Bryce Canyon (Paunsagunt Cliffs) which is right in front of the house. Most windows in the house have a breathtaking view, hence the name \\\"Lookout\\\". The property sits on 3.5 private acres with private Sevier River frontage for fishing. The river is known for 3 kinds of trout that are restocked periodically by the local fish hatchery.
