Casa Coco is a house in the best conceivable context in this part of Sicily. The house is located within the San Lorenzo Residence. A place with wide boulevards, direct access to a beautiful beach, but above all, a haven of well tended gardens, with lawns, flowers and palm trees. San Lorenzo is a seaside resort with low houses and wide sandy beaches. The coastal reserve VENDICARI is at about 1 km and can also be reached walking on the beach. The seaside village Marzamemi is at about 2 km.\n\nNext to the house is a road that leads directly to the beach. The house consists of one bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, two bathrooms (one without shower) and a large living room with kitchen, fireplace, sitting area and dining table. There is also an outdoor shower. The living room leads to the veranda with sea view. All around the house there is a beautiful lawn.\n\nFrom 1 April 2015 Casa Coco has WiFi!
