The residence is completely new and modern. In fact it looks more like a villa divided in 4 distinct apartments. Each apartment has a full view of the sea, in the living room and in most rooms. The apartments have their own terrace overlooking the sea. The living room is spacious and comfortable to make the most of the local sunshine. There is a shared swimming pool and the beaches are 5 min away by foot. \r\nYou will have a covered and secure parking spot.\r\nThe 4 apartments share a 37 m2 swimming pool (9 meters by 4). It has a maximum depth of 2 meters and has a shallow end for kids and adults who wants to read while being partly submerged! It is surrounded on its 2 sides by sun chairs to be shared.\r\nAs part of your rental you will have the linen and cleaning services included, so no extra costs!
