The cottage dates back to 1910, but having been extensively refurbished to a very high standard. There is a delightful courtyard garden with ample seating and a side gate to the beck. A 2 min walk along the beck to the village with 2 inns serving good food and fine ales. The property is 10 minutes walk from the market town of Settle plenty of amenities inc shops, restaurants, cafes, local market, swimming pool plenty of walks and settle carlisle railway. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/diner, lounge with gas woodburner. Off street parking for 1 car ONLY , if you have additional vehicles please let the owner know in advance as parking is restricted. Walking from the door with the three peaks close by and the perfect location for exploring the dales or the lakes. The cottage is perfect for families and couples....
