AMA:00000007908 The house is located above the central provincial road Gavriou – Chora, 8 km from Chora on a plot of 1400 sqm surrounded by roses, cherry trees, olive trees, pomenegrates, almonds, vines and oleanders. With courtyards all around, the house has ample bright light, magnificent sunrise and views of the village slope and of the three villages on the opposite mountain. It is a ground floor 72sqm new residence, with its own private entrance and a large courtyard. It is a spacious studio including a kitchen, a living room /diner room and has two separate bedrooms and a bathroom Our residence is brand new and features a spacious private parking space free of charge. The beds are new and comfortable. Please note that access to people with mobility problems might be difficult since there is a set of 7 stairs. Our guests can take a walk into the garden, the old well reserved threshing floor and the yards all around the house and look for a cool spot, any hour of the day, to rest and enjoy the view. During your stay, feel free to contact me or my husband at any given time for anything that you may require. We are available to provide any assistance to you. During your stay in the village, it is worth visiting the 7 springs, the trekking trail No 9 that runs though the village and the "Museum of the Olive". You may taste very good local cuisine at the two taverns. In only 6 km far you can find all kind of nightlife, restaurants, shops of every kind, archaiological museum, 2 museums of modern art, folklor museum, nautical museum. Nearby you may explore beaches with clear waters : 2 in Chora 8 km, Chalkolimionas and Apothikes 4 km . During your visit to the island of Andros you can enjoy many events in the fields of music and performing arts , cultural heritage, plastic and visual arts on summer.
