It's only 8 minutes walk to City Hall and 5 minutes walk to Belfast's famous market. Warm and comfortable apartment. Two bedrooms. The family room has a double bed and one single/twin beds. The other bedroom has one single/twin bed and is a small, but comfortable, box room. The single room faces a main road and there is some traffic noise at busy times. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge, giving you maximum sleeping flexibilty. This apartment is not step free. There is a flight of stairs up to the apartment. The apartment benefits from not being part of a block. You have direct access to your car; so no carrying luggage through corridors and elevators and no disturbance from neighbours. We have self service check-in, so you can arrive without having to meet us. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks on arrival. There's a dedicated parking space, right by the apartment. There's a washing machine and dryer so you can catch up with laundry. The flat has high speed fibre optic broadband. There's a safe for passports etc. There's Internet TV, DVD player and DVDs.
