The resort is conveniently located with local shops and the lively Quinta Avenida which offers a choice of restaurants being within ten-minutes' walk. Other nearby attractions include the Parroquia de Nuestra Señora del Carmen church and the Riviera Art Gallery.

The rooms have been described as beautifully decorated and well presented with modern furnishings. Guests also reported that the accommodations are clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay provided including a well equipped kitchen.

Guests reported that they were made to feel welcome by the friendly staff who were full of smiles and provided a courteous and attentive service. Guest also found the staff to be accommodating and special requests were met whenever possible.

If you're looking for a holiday where you can swim at the beach, this may not be the right resort for you. While this is an ocean front property, guests reported that boats are often anchored close to the shore which makes swimming at the beach difficult. At times seaweed on the beach is also an issue with guests complaining about the smell of seaweed that has accumulated along the shore.

Guests warned that the drinks and meals served at the on-site restaurants are expensive and the quality is not always on par with the prices charged.

Despite being an oceanfront property, not all rooms offer a memorable view. Guests were disappointed to find that some rooms offered only a partial view of the ocean while others overlooked other properties.
