The hotel is classy and modern. The decor is trendy and flows pleasantly from the entrance hall to the rooms to the surrounding areas. The guestrooms are very clean, spacious and well maintained with daily housekeeping is provided.
The Wi-Fi connection was found by majority of the guests to be very weak and unsteady. Those intending to handle large files were unable to do so and most found it only suitable for very light web browsing.
A number of guests have complained about the state of the hotel. The bathrooms show signs of neglect as a few showers were broken and some toilets were faulty when flushed. There also seems to be a lingering bad smell reported in some rooms, the corridors and staircase.
