True to the character of a country estate, the hotel and grounds are clean, polished, and nicely presented, and reflect the character of the property's history. The lovely old house, as some guests call it, is well decorated and comfortable.

Plenty of choices await you for the full English breakfast which includes cooked to order selections described as superb. The same can be said for the hotel's restaurant which offers generous portions of well presented items that guests call fantastic.

Located just off the A21, this hotel is easily accessible and good for all that East Sussex has to offer. It is ideally located 10-12 minutes away from the town of Battle and near to Carr Taylor Vineyard, Battle Abbey, Hastings, and Bodiam Castle.
