Negative Reviews
negative:
Resort with lots of unrecognised potential.
The pool, recreational room and the bathrooms are just some of the resort spaces that need love. The neglect can be easily spotted. The natural surrounds are overgrown. However, since the change in owners, the residence is being restored.
negative:
Itching for improved fly screens.
During the hot Byron Bay summer, the bugs are out in full force. Aggravating the bug invasion is the leafy location of the forest. A few fly screens, attached to the windows, are not properly sealed, causing the entry of various crawling guests.
negative:
Faulty facilities need replacing.
Many reported that the freezer had some faults and could not freeze food appropriately - which could cause many implications. In addition, the showers do not drain efficiently.
