The staff at the hotel does a commendable job when it comes to assisting the guests. They have been surely a helping hand by providing info about local area and POI’s for many visitors.

The buffet breakfast at the on-site restaurant offers a wide selection. With good portions of food, excellent service and reasonable price, it is certainly value for money.

Though the rooms have a modern décor and comfortable beds may be apt for couples but they aren’t spacious enough for a family with kids. Due to the small area, your kids may bump into things or furniture.

Keeping Amsterdam’s weather in mind, you would want your room to be air-conditioned. The missing air-conditioners has made the accommodation slightly uncomfortable for some guests.

The bathrooms demand refurbishment as the low pressure shower with cramped walls has not been appreciated by many visitors. Hotel has plans for refurbishment sometime this year.
