Villa Farm Cottage is a Bed&Breakfast outside the little hamlet of Thornton Curtis in a quite rural setting, within a 15 minute walk to the magnificent gatehouse at Thornton Abbey. The cottage is a fully restored 18th century Lincolnshire cottage. It retains all period features, the house retains the best of both traditional and modern designs. The garden is designed to include outdoor eating areas, clipped yew and privet hedging, orchard and a tree walk. The house and grounds are surrounded by farm land and pasture. The Cottage suite comprises of a king-sized bedded room, en-suite bathroom and a large, private lounge area with log burner overlooking picturesque countryside. The Wolds room is situated in the main cottage and has a king-sized bed and separate private bathroom facilities with bath and shower. The Abbey suite has a seperate bedroom, living/dining room area and en-suite bathroom overlooking fields with views up to the Humber Bridge in the distance. Thornton Curtis is lying convenient to Humberside Airport, Humber Bridge and the M180. A great location for North Lincolnshire and the East Riding, making it easy access to tourists and business people a like.
