The Old Station House B&B is an historic house set in the beautiful village of Rowsley in the Peak District National Park. This is one of the closest B&Bs to Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Bakewell. It has two double rooms and one twin/super-king, all ensuite. A full English or vegetarian breakfast is offered with homemade bread, preserves and free range eggs from the local farm. The property offers off street parking for its guests and the local village pub is less than five minutes' walk away and offers evening meals. The B&B provides full information packs for guests with details of the local area, walking guides and listings of local events to help them make the most of their stay. The location really is perfect for exploring the Peak District. The Derwent Valley Heritage Way leads almost from the front door to Chatsworth House and other local footpaths will take you through the National Park to famous landmarks including The Heights of Abraham, The Nine Ladies Stone Circle and the centre of Bakewell. Peak Rail Heritage Steam Railway is less than a mile away and the village of Rowsley boasts a working flour mill museum and craft centre as well as the Peak Village Shopping Centre.
