Set on the south-east coast of the Black Isle, in the charming village of Avoch, Roth Ach is a small B&B boasting a hilltop location with incredible views over Moray Firth. The three rooms feature stunning panoramic views and offer all the comforts of home. Each has a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and a hospitality tray with coffee/tea-making facilities. Guests have access to a lovely lounge space with a library, video games, Wi-Fi, and log fireplace during their stay. On warm days, guests can also enjoy the landscaped gardens. Roth Ach's breakfast consists of a continental buffet and/or a cooked-to-order meal, and can be enjoyed within the conservatory or out on the patio. For evening meals, guests can order take-away from Gabis Tandoori or Harbour Fish & Chips. The local area is well known for dolphin sightings, with the best spot being Chanonry Point, about a four-mile drive away. Alternatively, Dolphin Tours Avoch, a ten-minute walk away, offers boat cruises.
