Lådfabriken -creative seaside accommodation- is uniquely situated in the west coast archipelago - on the cliffs of Bohuslän, only 30meters away from the skagerrak sea – If you know some Swedish then you know that Lådfabriken means ‘crate factory’ in English. Which is exactly what this boutique B&B used to be; a place where fish crates and wooden boats were made for the local fishing industry. ‘Lådfabriken’ is located on Orust, an island part of the beautiful archipelago of Sweden’s west coast. The unique building has four individually styled rooms, each with a private bathroom. Lådfabriken is open all year round, offering full service during all four seasons and operates independently of the weather circumstances. All rooms are located on the 2nd floor, except for the Atrium room. Each room is individually styled and has a private bathroom located along the other side of the hall, at 3 meters distance. The 4th room, located in the garden next to the main entrance has a bathroom ensuite. A lush breakfast in our cozy kitchen with seasonal fruit from the garden, the use of bicycles and kayaks and an amazing sea view from the ‘light-room’ are included in the price.
