Guests commend the extremely accommodating and friendly assistance of the hosts from the moment they arrive at the guesthouse until check-out process. Staying at the guesthouse feels like home and employees are very professional.

Aside from the fantastic ocean view of the Atlantic coast, guests enjoyed the property's actual location which is just a few minutes from major tourists destinations such as the beach, scuba diving activity centre, fish market, and pubs.

Harbour House & Leisure Centre offers scuba diving classes using their own indoor pool and guests are extremely satisfied with the kind of training that they experienced. They were taught real diving techniques and they completed their PADI open water diver course, which is considered a major achievement.

Although it was clearly stated on their Website, some of the guests were quite disappointed with the lack of television provided inside the rooms. This lack of in-room television can be uncomfortable especially for those who have to go to the lounge just to watch, and for those who have kids.

Most negative reviews are pertaining to the poor soundproofing of the rooms. Guests can hear loud footsteps due to the squeaky floor boards, toilet flush from other rooms, dogs barking, and loud noises from kids within the hall which make it hard for guests to get some sleep.

Guests are quite uncomfortable with the lack of enough heating circulation inside the rooms especially at night or during cold weather. Some guests are upset when heaters work only on the first day, which requires some serious adjustment on their end.
