Dai Nonni is an ancient building dating from the early of twentieth century enjoys a privileged location, in via Nicola Da Guardiagrele, in an isolated and quiet position just a few meters from the historical centre of the city, the ancient «Teatro Marrucino», as well as the ancient cathedral of «San Giustino». A simple and homely residence that is comfortable with a small area to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air. It has two rooms: Il Limone and Il Melograno. Limone's room with panoramic view on the valley has a double bed, a single bed and an exterior private bathroom equipped with all the services. Melograno's room is spacious, comfortable and well-lit, furnished in very good taste offers the view of Mayella mountain and the ancient lanes of the city. The room features two communicating spaces: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds provided with an interior private bathroom equipped with all the services. Both the rooms have air conditioning and heating unit offering central heating, in addition to free wifi and on request a cot for children. The rooms are cleaned daily and a complete set courtesy set is provided. There is a common room available to guests.
