The 't Skoalhus is an attractive, spacious and authentic B&B in the Frisian countryside. You stay in one of three rooms in the former house of the schoolmaster. You can choose from a standard room, a luxurious room and a family room. All rooms has a private bathroom. The B&B features a kitchen. There is a rich, fresh breakfast reserved in the morning with lots of local produce. You can park you car on the private car park and stables you can your bike in the garage. There are several seating areas in the leafy garden. For the children there is a play area. Wi-Fi is free in the entire B&B. Westergeest lies in the northeast of the province of Friesland, near Dokkum and a short distance from Leeuwarden and Groningen. For nature and bird lovers, a visit to The National Park lauwersmeer is an absolute must. Also a visit to the Islands Schiermonnikoog and Ameland is very worth it. North-East Friesland lends itself well for biking, hiking and canoe trips. In the B&B is plenty of information available for trips in the area.
