About Artisans on the Hill
Manning Valley Hideaway @ Artisans On The Hill, at Taree, is NOT a Hotel! It is the west wing of a large rural home. Fully self-contained with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen and living area and lots of parking for boats, trailers, vans etc. Set on a hill overlooking the beautiful Manning Valley, only a 3 hour drive north of Sydney, it is the perfect place for groups who want the peace of the country while still only a few minutes from major towns. Rates are based on 2 persons sharing one room so there is a surcharge for single occupancy. Only the appropriate number of rooms is available to guests. Owners, Peter & Christine, also teach many Artisan Crafts like wood turning, silver jewelry, glass work, candle-making and lots more. There is an Artisan Gallery on-site with works from many world class artisans available for sale.
