our building is multifunctional building. We do have business center, business meeting room 10p, differents companies offices , short rent office, short stay hostel, duplex appartments, out-door parking , indoor parking, stockage renting, community public swimming-pool. Our location is 5km from high way 20 min. to airport zaventem, 6km from center of leuven center, 5km from ku leuven campus, 5km from reseach park Haasrood. we are located not in the mainstreet but 1 minute from shopping mall, hair salon, lunch garden, restaurants, brasseries, 8km from UZ hospital. We do offer ebike rental for our clients, In the center of leuven we do have a parking garage, in case of clients need drive the car to center, We may offer the parking for our clients.
