negative:
Poor sound insulation of rooms

negative:
Insufficient and unsatisfactory hotel facilities
Aside from the unsatisfactory laundry facilities, a few guests noted that they were displeased with some of the hotel facilities such as the elevator, which was always out of order. The lack of enough luggage carts provided for guests also caused inconvenience.
negative:
Issues with the Automatic control switches
Guests were annoyed and unimpressed with the use of room keys as control access for the lights and air-conditioning system inside the rooms. It was very hard for guests to figure out the right switch and they couldn't control the automatic switches needed for the air-condition temperature.
