The location is beautiful and the gardens in Pattaya are stunning. In fact, the gardens are one of the most interesting sites in the area. The swimming pool area of the premises is lovely as well.

Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff, to the concierge gets a thumbs up. However, there have been occasions of complaints about disinterest in visitors from the staff. Nonetheless, the general consensus is that customer service is satisfactory.

You have direct access to the beach via the hotel gardens. Sun loungers await you at the pool area. Check to see if a superior sea view room is available. The views are fantastic and you are free from the noise from the car park, which affects the golf view.

It seems that once the hotel discovers you made your booking online, additional charges pop-up. When this happens, it's apparent that hotels are trying to recoup discounts offered through the Internet. However, this may, or may not be everyone's experience at the hotel.

The décor is outdated and needs a face lift. The feeling you get is of old, used furnishings and the rooms lack charm. The electrical outlets in the rooms are limited as well, and the beds are small, even for a petite sized person.

There is no free Wi-Fi. You are charged by the hour and it's not cheap! It's best you you go out to one of the restaurants in the area and get free Wi-Fi, unless you don't mind paying the additional fee at the hotel.
