Art Hotel Orologio (Bologna, Italy)

It was a nice surprise to have a breakfast buffet option in the morning. Guests who tried it thought it to be good and unique, especially since there was more variety of items. Some guests looked forward to the breakfast.

The hotel's staff members are said to be professional and friendly in their business. The service was kind and helpful with plenty of advice on where to go and places to eat. It was nice to meet friendly people and to have a conversation with them.

The hotel's location was, to most guests, the ideal area to explore everything Bologna has to offer. It is close to the central plaza with its historic church and government buildings, as well as walking distance from the university area and shopping streets. The area is full of plenty of activities for guests to explore by foot. It is also within bus stop reach to head to the train station.

Since it is in the middle of the city centre, the noise at night could be aggravating for some guests who were trying to sleep. This was heightened by the street crowds and the street cleaners who passed by in the early morning.

For those guests who traveled by car, the found it difficult to find the hotel and its location. Especially because it is right in the city centre where driving is limited and construction is possible. It was difficult and aggravating to say the least, for guests who are not used to the traffic rules.

The Wi-Fi service is seen as old-fashioned by some guests who needed a password for 24-hours and could only connect with one device. Some could not connect with the password given and found it time consuming.
