Negative Reviews
negative:
Not so soundproof.
At the Arden City Hotel, unfortunately while guests are provided with the most modern of rooms, the wall are on the thin side, and guests will find that they are able to hear their neighbours through the wall.
negative:
Sometimes loud A/C.
While the added bonus of having an air conditioning unite in one's room, having a malfunctioning unit is a problem. Even more so when one can hear the loud noise it makes while its faulty. For those who prefer the dead quiet for sleep, may find this to be an inconvenience.
negative:
Slow elevator.
Guests shouldn't expect to be able to whizz through the floors with the elevator equipped at this hotel. While convenient, it's slowness makes one rather impatient.
