Attentive staff and delicious continental buffet.
The staff here was thought to offer attentive service across the board and was likewise said to be very friendly. On top of this, the sweet and savoury buffet breakfast was considered delicious, but keep in mind that the offering is a basic continental spread, as a few guests were disappointed not to have full English style offerings.

Small rooms for the price.
The main issue those who stayed at Alle Guglie reported was their size of their lodgings, as the rooms are said to be cramped, and the shower stalls rather tiny. However, the problem seems to lie not so much in the size, but rather in the fact that guests sometimes found it expensive for what they got.
